Description

Added skip or continue tutorial when you go to assigment.

Setting up testing environment

In the project window navigate to Project/Assets/Scenes and open the "Assignment" and "Final Scene" scene.
Press Play.

Fix Review

Skip tutorial

Able to:

[x] Skip tutorial
[x] Skip tutorial and toggle dont show again, skipping tutorial forever
[x] Continue
