Improved readme.md to remove obsolete information #88

Some of the mentioned SQL modules don't exist and were absorbed into MYSQLOO (at least... my server runs msync fine without them)

Yes you are right, that is a relict of the past where MySQLoo did not work without placing libmysql into the server folder. Since then libmysql is included in the DLL file itself and does not need to be installed

I think I'm doing this right but if not just edit my pull request and merge the changes in haha
