update leaderboard api for x_id and number of referred users

resolve misunderstanding with https://www.notion.so/aperture-finance/Tracking-API-f8ddf0cc0ac04971a44237763f06adae?d=684536f1d595483cb0f7d8a6d968a9c0#1b210e1d7c254e6a99fa2753f5d84929 saying "API to list top 1000 users, their referred users and earned points", especially since the database schema shows all the referred users as opposed to just a count

also add x_id
