Why not help RPI student clubs get more publicity instead of resorting to crowded bulletin boards!

allow students to submit specified sized images as ads to be placed on the site in unobtrusive places
submissions have to be verified and get a certain runtime
rules for submissions I guess
make ads opt-out

I will leave this as a intermediate level issue for an RCOS member to take up come September!
