With remote classes, we should have email reminders for when assignments are due. This could be an overview every Monday with things due this week plus optional reminders for specific assignments.

Let's call these "reports" so they don't get confused with one-off reminders about assessments.

To start we can simply have reports on or off and have them sent Monday mornings.
