Handle Graduating Seniors #21

Over summer remove all school related roles and convert all graduated students into Guests.

Lector now tracks graduating year so this should be easy by just filtering students with past graduating years out.

Make Alumni role and private room and hidden voice-channel, allow alumni still in groups

They will see no school related channels

Ironically this now refers to myself.

I've decided to simplify the entire server since its mainly my friend group that uses it, and it should therefore work for that purpose.

Grades will no longer be distinguished by grade labels but by year labels, e.g. Class of 2018, this means current students and alumni aren't really differentiated.

Advisement roles will no longer exist, and course channels will no longer exist. Groups will become the focus of the server.
