Improve compatibility with React Native and socket.io #1

This PR contains:

upgrade to RN 0.48.4,
use of best practice React Component, with Apizee callback wrapping,
upgrade to socket.io 1.7.4,
react-native-webrtc version explicitly set to v1.58.2.

Currently incompatible with socket.io v2.x.x
