When considering some design decisions, it would be useful to have data on how Registry is used, which features are popular, etc. If we had a way to transparently and anonymously collect this usage data, we could make better decisions. Questions such as: How much is the references feature used? Could we remove content hash endpoint if we wanted to? etc. This data would not include error reports (at least initially), but there can be a component to gather relevant data for when a user decides to report them.
