Kubernetes Operator or Helm Chart #1446

Hello folks, just another idea -> allow using helm charts or even better operators. There is already operator for apicurio-registry and microcks, why not following the same path for studio?

Just make sure that operator doesn't require cluster admin role, cause in many organizations developers don't have it ;-)

We are planning to revamp this activity, contextually to Studio 1.0 release

The current plan is to implement it in Java
