Error Pages - Visual Design #40

Error Pages - designed error pages for each of the “typical” error responses within apicurio: 404 Not Found 400 Validation Error 409 Thing Already Exists 500 Server Error (should include a way to view the server error, which is typically a long, multi-line error stack trace) Could Not Connect to server ?? Unknown Error ?? (anything not covered by the above)

I've make some updates in the above invision link - now every page has at least an initial concept for the visual :)
