High Level API Content Cross Navigation Capabilities #46

As a user I want to be able to navigate to any other main content section with an API, opened or closed, so that I don't have to scroll up and down, looking for the section of content I want to interact with.

  1. Mock up a few ideas
  2. Post to Invision
  3. Discuss with Eric and Marc to identify implementation issues and use cases
