Bring a Single Content Group into Focus + Close the others #48

As a user I want to be able to close all of the sections, in the content area, except for the one I am in, so that I can focus on this one area of content.

The Content Management UI looks good and makes sense. The Targeted Content Navigation UI is too small - I can't see the details.
