As a user I want to belong to the largest grouping of users in the Apicurio product, an Organization, so that my privileges and participation in the product can be managed.

Slight clarification - an Organization is a place where various "things" are stored - another name for this is a Namespace. Similar to GH - users will be able to create Projects within an org. They will also be able to create Teams within an org. Those teams can then be given privs to do things. Within Projects users will be able to store their APIs and any other "files" that we may eventually support.
