No assets precompile #424

No possibility to precompile apipie's assets for production

No, i couldn't find I just have been using other gem https://github.com/vladislavbakan/swaggard

Just found a rake task called cache rake apipie:cache which generates the static html files. It should also copy the css and js files but it's not working unfortunately.
