"Create Event" shouldn't be public #33

Lastly, the "Create Event" shouldn't be public. There should be a way to set 
either a user class for access to see that, or admins and main admins. If it 
was left public, you would have those random people trying to mess with 
things, which causes your site just to become more cluttered.
