Sometimes Username does not show up in the name of newly created events. #66

Sometimes Username does not show up in the name of newly created events.

Found out that this is only the case if event is created from the "My 
Profile" (userinfo.php) page.
We are missing the hidden input "username" for the "createevent" button.
