Why do you want/need this enhancement?
As a fairly popular gaming site, we're set to be the future resource and
reporting area for a discontinued game.

What should this enhancement do?
I really like your eBattles plugin. I'm wondering how hard it would be to
add additional functionality. I like how the event setup/reporting is done,
but is it possible to use the results from each match/event and generate
overall standings?
(e.g. 8 players play in tourney 1, 8 players play in tourney 2... now how
do those 16 players rank overall compared to one another)

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi Eric,

In eBattles, events are independent.
This means that the plugin does not keep track of the overall rating of a 
player for 
a particular game, but for a particular event.

For example, today, each player in a ladder starts with a default ELO. In your 
case, 
I guess you'd like the players to start with their overall ELO for that game.

Unfortunately, eBattles was not designed with this feature in mind, so it would 
be a 
big change.
But I'll try to think about it and see if it's something that can be 
implemented.

BTW, I'm curious, what game & gaming site are you referring to?
