Time limit on match approval #89

atm when a match is submitted by player A either player B or a admin has to 
approve it would it be possible to implement a feature that if the ladder is 
set for players to approve their matches then the admin can set a limit

so if x amount of time passes since player A submitted the match and player B 
does not accept then the system auto approve the match

actually come to think of it this would need some kind of protest system to be 
viable as if player A enetered incorrect details player B has a reason not to 
accept in which case the system will auto approve a fake match
