State fetching is implemented, only keyboard input left

This has just been implemented and is working. The only issue is that the chords used don't match NASSP's, because:

Reentry doesn't accept setting some of the chords to the same value as NASSP
The API is uncapable of emitting some of the chords. This will be a concern for issue #24 @maxq519 , since we will either need to figure
- Whether we can change NASSP's chords
- How to emit those chords from the API.
