Thomas wrote in the agreement: Event Infrastructure to register and report events about resources. What is the state about that?

There is something like the prometheus alert manager: https://prometheus.io/docs/alerting/latest/alertmanager/ I need more details what this event infrastructure should be doing.

Since it is the comment of Thomas, I would propose we ask him. He is currently on vacation, maybe after that.
