- add names to resources
- add sub-resources to k8s resources
- add support for service deployments on subresources
- add support for private registries, volume mounts and environment variables for service deployments
- fix timeouts for openfaas (including ec2) deployments
- add two roles (admin, default) and secure some api operation based on these roles
