A vehicle should behave differently in different weather conditions. However, I did not find anything about the weather (or the related factors such as visibility or ground friction) in the documentation and the code.
Does Apollo have a strategy that considers the weather parameters? Or, does the current strategy operate correctly without considering weather parameters?
