Adds: ID "ota_default" to the ota component.

- Note: I could not find instructions for how to generate the factory image. I did it using the ESPHome Home Assistant add-on with this simple config, and then downloaded the factory image created:

Thanks for the idea! I was working on the new managed updates and added the ID while doing that. I really appreciate the PR!
