Rename class APOLLO_SV_00000244 and add superclass #201

APOLLO_SV_00000244 is defined as "A unique identifier that refers to a disease." The label for that class is "disease identifier". I propose to change the label to "disease unique identifier". In addition, I propose the creation of a superclass to APOLLO_SV_00000244 which is defined as "an identifier that denotes a disease." I propose to use the label "disease identifier" for that class.
