If that specific case is required, we could create a subclass of this one where the guardian = parent of the ward, and ward = child. However, that could get into issues of adoption, etc. elucidation: The intent of a guardian to have a ward under their care vaccinated in the near future.

Actually I'm wrong in the comment above. Need to create a parent class of this one that covers this case and the parent/child case, then create a sibling to this one specific to parent/child case.

I was correct the first time. Parents are natural guardians, court appointed guardians are legal guardians. But both are guardians. So this class is ok.
