Repository for Apollo-SV ontology. Versioning Apollo-SV independently of the software was made easiest by having it as a separate repository.

Update IAO import to be proper ODK import #249

Currently, much of IAO is just duplicated in SV directly.
We need to change it to a proper ODK import. Since we use so much of IAO, it should be a mirror.
Interestingly, with PNO being folded into IAO, that means we need to, at the same time, remove the PNO import.
