Repository for Apollo-SV ontology. Versioning Apollo-SV independently of the software was made easiest by having it as a separate repository.

Update OMRSE import to be a proper ODK import #250

The OMRSE classes in SV are just plopped in using MIREOT plugin in Protege.
We should change the OMRSE import to be a proper ODK import.
It should be an slme import - we don't need all of OMRSE.
This is important because of changes in OMRSE and subsequent issues created for other ontologies (like d-acts).
