ICE subclass hierarchy overhaul

Please note that this is different than Issue #70 in that it requires moving some classes around.

Below are lists of classes that I think require some changes to, be it deprecating/deleting them, moving them to different parent classes, etc. I've grouped each sublist based on their required changes.

Move to different parent class

• 'affinity for buildings' - move under 'probability'.
• 'age range category' - move under 'scalar value specification'
• 'shade affinity' - move under 'probability'
• 'transmission coefficient' - move under 'rate measurement datum'
• 'ring diameter in meters' - move under 'scalar value specification'.
• 'Apollo pathogen code' - move under 'identifier'.
• 'antiviral efficacy delay' - move under 'duration'.
• 'leakage rate of Wolbachia infection in mosquito population infected with Wolbachia' - move under 'rate measurement datum'. I must have misplaced it when I first created the class.
• 'transmission rate of pathogen to human from Wolbachia-infected mosquito bites' - move under 'rate measurement datum'. I must have misplaced it when I first created the class.

Deprecate/delete

• 'agent model ecosystem census description' - consider deprecating. I think it may be referring to the XSD type 'PreEpidemicEcosystemCensus'
• 'compartment model population and environment census' - deprecate, as it no longer represents an XSD type.
• 'population and environment census' - remove UAL
• 'random number seed' - delete, as there is no apparent reason for why it was created in the first place or what it's referring to.
• 'Wolbachia prerelease larvicide vector control strategy' - change label, redefine, and move to efficacy.
• 'Wolbachia prerelease adult vector control strategy' - change label, redefine, and move to efficacy.
• 'school calendar' - deprecate.

Fix label

• 'infectious population' - change rdfs:label such that 'infectious' is replaced with 'contagious'.
• 'infectious organism' - change rdfs:label such that 'infectious' is replaced with 'contagious'.
• 'count of exposed population' - change rdfs:label such that 'exposed' is replaced with 'contacted'.

Bill and I discussed each of the above proposals. The next step will be to create an issue for each, and link them to this one.
