Addon: Facial recognition and grouping #19

Users should be able to enable this feature on an account or directory basis (only applies to own files, not files shared by other users)

It should provide similar functionality and use cases as Picasa once did

[ ] Detect faces in images
[ ] Group same faces into groups
- [ ] User is able to merge 2 detected persons into one
- [ ] User is able to remove a wrongly detected face
- [ ] Grouped faces can be named (preferably the person's name)
[ ] Apollo's search is able to filter images by person
