Description

Store commit ID in RIB builds

Motivation and Context

It becomes more important to know which version a build comes from. E.g. "was it before or after we fixed the LN variance node?"

How Has This Been Tested?

Not tested yet.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

Loading should be backwards compatible. To test

Nix: cd REPO_ROOT (see settings.py) may work, to test
