We want the paper to be reproducible, and give an easy starting point for modifying our figures / playing around with the results.

Running the scripts & reproducing paper plots.
Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
No. Note that there is some additional, breaking, code here for reproducing one particular plot. Breaking because it's patched to work on the new compute cluster. It can be found in the branch paper/mod_add_custom_ablation_plots
