Does a second WIFI Adapter in Daikin Stylish work with local API? #149

Hi guys,

maybe someone has tested this already:

I'm currently planning to extend my Daikin AC system with 4 Daikin Stylish devices. I have already 3 of them and I'm using the local HTTP API.

As you might know, the Daikin Stylish devices are equipped with onboard WIFI (S21 is not used and free to be used) and I expect they will come with the new WIFI adapters and the cloud-only Firmware.

I'm wondering whether it would work to attach an older WIFI controller to the S21-port with the Firmware 1.2.54, which still has the local API available.

Would that work?

Any feedback is very much appreciated.

Ideally google for it ... there are people and also installators that did something like this and so I assume (!!) that this could (!!) work , but onl Daikin can tell you if and when and when not :-)
