Event blocks should use cluster generated ICS #205

What's the Problem?

Basecamp item

Currently event blocks are generating ICS links on their own. We should use the same cluster endpoint that the mobile app uses to consolidate the logic.

Steps to reproduce

Look at the Vacation Bible School content on King of Kings
