Can you change the biomes of the mountains that spawn? #233

i'm trying to make a mad-max themed dessert world and i'm trying to find what mods allow for enableing/disableing biomes so that i can have hot/dessert biomes only. so i'm checking if i can have only dessert/stone/volcanos spawn or not.

sorry if this is a stupid question
