Add 8+ and 10+ currency stack size options for every tier #45

This should be done by copying the FilterBlade rule of the highest stack size for the corresponding tier, and adjusting the StackSize criteria.

For some items such as splinters/shards, it's useful to have a distinction between 6/8/10.
