AposBot Improvement

Here are a few things that might be improved on the bot:

• Stars are safe heavens while you're small enough;
• Bot can split and manage both subsidiaries;
• Don't rebound off the border during a chase into the other player. Otherwise, it's amazing!

My idea is that I don't need to hide in stars if I'm never close enough for them to split on me. (The transparent big red circle is the splitting range.)

I do want to use stars when I'm bigger though as you can hide behind them.

Code it so that the spiltting range is always avoided by a player that is 2.1x as big... because people will eyeball size.
