Set up database functionality for user profile settings and stats.

Suggested User Settings

User commands to change their own profile:

[ ] Colour Theme
[ ] Username colour ?
[ ] more ?
[ ] Username/password

Suggested User Stats

Commands to retreive user stats. Examples could be: number of games played/won/loss, time played, account age.

[ ] stats - get all stats
[ ] stats played - get time played
[ ] etc ...
