Arm64 Support #85

With the iPhone 5s out, the SDK will need to support Arm64 when built as a static library. That also means updating PLCrashReporter.

One blocker here has been my access to test hardware. A 5S should be arriving Monday for me to work on.

This leapfrogged into the master branch as of the release of PLCrash 1.2-rc2 since supporting Arm64 takes precedence over an SDK rewrite. (84242ce4b1d22166c0e106c81549efdc71da1f68). Closing.
