disable user registration #120

in wordpress we have option to disable user registration and only for internal users.

however this apps still can allow new user registration kindly put option enable/disable user registration in next update

like it. app user registation from doesn't verify emil /Mobile otp.

So allow us to diseable/hide Registation form.

in cirilla we have gmail/facebook /otp signup & login so, please give us power to hide registation form. for who need that.

or add email veriication during, Email, Registation.
