A multi-country feature would be nice, allowing different versions of the app to be displayed for different countries, different designs, currencies, etc. It could work if the multi-country function is activated in the main wordpress, and the app connects to a different wordpress to each country

in the app configuration, you can put the credentials of the main server, and then the credentials for the different countries

or that from the app builder you can put different configurations for each country
