This PR replaces direct calls for the OpenAI by using AppFlowy-AI as a proxy from within appflowy cloud. It has few advantages:

OpenAI credentials are no longer needed in 3 different services. Only Appflowy-AI needs them.
Since all of the AI-related things now pass through AppFlowy-AI, if we'll need to add some additional logic, we can just implement it in one place.
