Added Environment Prerequisites for openSUSE and added Rust installation #17

I added an installation block for openSUSE Tumbleweed and Rust (including rust components and cargo packages).

I also removed the block with the setup script for Linux, as I couldn't find that file in the current main branch, and also not in its history. If this file exists in another branch that will be merged soon, feel free to revert that edit.

I'm afraid that you are right, you edited the documentation just before the installation script was merged into the main branch.

This means that your changes don't match up with the current reality. Please update to the latest code base and take a look at the installation script. You can this modify this PR accordingly.
