Is there a way to create templates for documents ? And set properties with in those templates ?

Sure, I have a grid called 'Tasks,' and I want every new task I create to have the same predefined content and properties. This includes having a default cover image and an embedded linked grid for subtasks, so I don't have to manually set these up each time I create a new task. The only way to do this is to click duplicate but if if i add a new row than i have to create teh layout from scratch every time image
