MapTab.MapService too short #165

A map service name such as HHHH_FarmlandManagement_Canada_Reference_Production does not fit into the GPV MapTab.MapService column.

The width of text columns in the GPV configuration tables can be changed if necessary to accomodate longer values. Nothing in the GPV code requires these to be of any particular length.
