Improved Charging Schedule #1100

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a routine that varies every week but I still would like to take advantage of the scheduler, that now is kinda long and unpractical to use

Describe the solution you'd like A time-based scheduler with periods where you will be plugged in and periods where you are likely to be on battery. During the plugged in state, charge will be maintained at a safe to hold percentage (e.g. 50%) and will be charged, with duration determined by connected charger power and "only-battery" period, just before battery time starts. I would like to have the possibility to define that on a weekly timeframe.
