Generate docs using doxygen and exhale.

Travis is failing to deploy to github pages. Don't know if it's because I don't have enough permissions @TheAssassin would you mind to take a look at it?

To make it available online without requiring an special hosting? If you have an idea of where to deploy it please let me know

I thought we might integrate it as part of the AppImage docs. Or at least serve it under https://docs.appimage.org, maybe in a subdirectory.
