Update Build documentation #148

  1. The git repository contained submodules gtests, it would be better if the --recursive flag was provided along with the git clone
  2. There was a missing cd build in the # Building section of documentation

Travis CI takes forever to build projects now, seems most of the workers have been moved to their .com platform already. Force-merging, as this can't break the build.
