Fix libpango-1.0.so.0: undefined symbol error #529

Fixes #528. A newer version of HarfBuzz is needed to build GTK4 for AppImages.

Hi @danyeaw, please test whether AppImages created like this can run on the oldest still-supported Ubuntu LTS release, at this time bionic. Thanks!

This has been tested on Ubuntu bionic, can we merge this?
