qt.py in modules/setup/helpers considers only Qt 5 and Qt 6, are there reasons (except to "age") to exclude Qt 4 ?

The only reason is "age", but feel free to send a PR if you need it.

BTW, I have a PR waiting for a review is there other actions required by me or when review is done the continuous integration engine will release a build ?
