While trying to install pipenv on Arch I had some minor issues that annoyed me so i created a requirements.txt file which, in my opinion, is easier to use.
I also update the readme and added a section to mention the requirements.txt file under "manual installation" and fixed some grammar errors.
This PR should not effect how the project functions at all, just how developers choose to install the packages
